Top 5 Tools Apps Performance in Ukraine, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the tools app category in Ukraine witnessed notable trends across the top five applications, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Turbo VPN - Secure VPN Proxy saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at about $8.2K in mid-August and ending the quarter at approximately $8K. Weekly downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 21.8K in early July and decreasing to 16.3K by the end of September. However, weekly active users remained robust, hovering around 890K by the quarter's end.

Proton VPN: Fast & Secure VPN experienced a steady increase in revenue, reaching around $3.3K in mid-September. Despite a decline in weekly downloads from 12.2K to 7.1K over the quarter, active users remained relatively stable, closing at approximately 130K.

NordVPN – fast VPN for privacy showed a significant rise in revenue, peaking at $5.9K in early September. Downloads remained consistent, with a slight increase to 5K by mid-September. Active users also increased, reaching about 14.3K by the end of the quarter.

Avast Antivirus & Security maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at $1.6K in mid-September. Downloads fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter at 2.9K, while active users saw a gradual decline, closing at 56.4K.

VPN Proxy Master - Safer Vpn consistently led in revenue, maintaining around $13K weekly. Downloads increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching 15.1K in mid-September. Active users decreased from 400K in July to 268K by September's end.
